This 1970's terrace was reconfigured to embrace the leafy rear courtyard. The dark 70's palette gave way to soft neutral tones that In its original late 1970's condition taking advantage of its secluded rear courtyard, we replanned the house to reorientate the living area to create indoor outdoor living, neutral, textural finishes palette creating a soft connection to the outside
