FURNITURE, FITTING & EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATION (FFE)

CoLAB Design Studio offers a specification service for FFE packages where our clients can access trade pricing for their furniture, fittings and equipment purchases.  Our suppliers offer our clients discounts between 10% and 30% off the retail price*.  CoLAB's fees are fixed at 10% of the retail value, meaning our fees are typically a neutral cost to our clients.

STYLING AND PERSONAL SHOPPING

"An Interior Design Vision should be consistent in the details, as well as the big gestures..."  CoLAB Design Studio offers a Personal Shopping and Styling service, ensuring the translation of our Concept carries through to the last detail; cutlery, crockery, tableware, glass wear, linens, soft furnishings and decorator items.  Our Styling and Personal Shopping is charged at hourly rates with 10% commission on the retail value of the purchased items*. In most instances we are able to offer access to trade pricing for our clients, effectively neutralising our fees.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT FOR MULTI-RES. MARKETING

CoLAB Design Studio offers a Concept Development service for multi-residential developments in collaboration with the Developer's Architect and Branding Agency.  CoLAB works to establish a point of difference that aligns with aspirations of the client's target market demographic, unique to the development location.  Our Concept Development for Multi-res. CoLAB is experienced in developing Design & Fit-out Guidelines for Shopping Centres, Commercial Lessors and Franchises. The content of these guidelines articulates the design parameters for tenants or franchisees, establishing the quality of a tenant's fit-out or brand consistency of a franchisee's outlet.
