The first in a series of hospitality venues that CoLAB developed with Walker Corp and chefs Gavin Baker and Pete Evans, Bar Nacional is a Spanish pintxos bar that has become a landmark hospitality destination in the Collins Square precinct.  The open kitchen is encompassed by a brick bar laden with charcuterie.   Dining is both seated and standing, with open glass partitions creating anchor points throughout the space.
