Nestled in the heart of Melbourne's arts precinct, the Quay West building refurbishment draws cues from the iconic interiors of the neighboring Arts Centre and Hamer Hall. The area accommodates the hotel concierge, residents lounge, library and lift lobbies, featuring a sequence of folded materials that frame the perimeter of the space, expressed in a concertina of travertine and oak.
