An evolution of the iconic Gewurzhaus store design, the Daylesford store is uniquely designed to facilitate a more hands-on experience of cooking with spices.  Whilst the interior is familiar with myriad of fragrant tubs and kitchen wares, the materials speak to the country-town location, centered around a large kitchen table and AGA oven.
